Our main priority is getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders that are shipped within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once the order has left the warehouse.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be present to sign for your order, such as a work address. If this is not possible and you do not want your parcel taken to a Post Office for collection, please leave instructions during checkout giving authority to leave without a signature. Understandably, parcels left without a signature are left at the buyer’s risk. We would encourage you to use this option only if there is a secure place to stash your goodies.

In order to reduce waste your gorgeous goodies made to order and dispatched from various locations depends on which item you purchase we do our best to streamline our process and dispatch times are 2-8 business days from order date for standard. Please note that during busy periods such as collection launches, sales etc. these times may vary but we will always endeavour to communicate this. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, you must contact us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Orders may be considered lost after spending over 10 full business days in transit (35 days for international orders). If we are able to deem your order lost in transit we will replace your order free of charge. Just reach out! - If this situation arises please reach out to us ASAP so we can arrive on a solution together.

Large orders and international orders are not exempt from these conditions. Full refunds for orders without a correct address will not be given (purchaser may quality for a partial refund). Nomads Palette is not responsible for checking address validity for any order.

If buyer has provided an incorrect or insufficient address on your order (determined by the courier), the package may be returned to our facility. The purchaser is responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address has been provided and the package is returned. Once the package is returned to our facility there will be a 7 day window in which the purchaser must order reshipment for their order.

If the courier marks the package as "delivered" but the recipient cannot find the delivered item Nomads Palette may not cover replacement costs. We will be happy to look into this from our end, but it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the local delivery service (the local post) to try and locate the package. If this situation arises, please reach out to us ASAP so we can arrive on a solution together.

Sometimes if I can catch the order before it goes through for printing usually within 1-2 hours, I may be able to change your item, however if it's gone through to print or you have received your item it is therefore not eligible for refund or return, unless faulty. Please check your device model before ordering.

As an effort to reduce waste and the business environmental impact, all my products are made to order and therefore not eligible for refund, unless faulty. Please contact me if you have any issues and I will make sure you receive a replacement or get a refund for your faulty product.

If there is an issue with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective items), you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If your item(s) were lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes. Orders containing fault from our behalf will be covered at our expense.
